Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical manufacturing.
6 years minimum experience as process engineer or NC programmers in blade production; 3 years as the team leader of technical team. Familiar with CNC machines and the process of producing blade
Cutting Tool knowledge is plus
机械制造或电机专业大学本科毕业
六年以上的担任叶片加工工艺工程师或数控编程员经验，三年以上作为技术组组长经验，熟悉数控机床的加工特点和的制造工艺过程。
具备一定的刀具知识更好.
Specific knowledge

Having machining knowledge of producing ways for the specific production, which is related in a technical team. Mastering mechanical drawing standard. Able to understand the engineering drawings and documents. Expertly operating Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Able to read and write in English fluently, have the basic competence of oral English.
具有一个技术班组特定产品的机械加工知识，掌握机械制图标准。能够理解和读懂工程设计图纸和文件。熟练地操作微软办公套件和AutoCAD，能流利地读写英语，具有基本的英语口语技能。
Business understanding

Understand internal relations in Manufacturing and cross relations between Engineering, Sourcing, and Manufacturing. Good communication skills in order to link with the related employees. Able to prepare manufacturing operation plan and NC programs, design the clamping idea and tooling according to the Engineering documents. Supporting the activities in workshops with good service consciousness.
了解制造部门内部之间的工作关系和制造部与工程设计部，采购部之间的外部工作关系。良好的沟通能力以便于与相关人员进行沟通。能够编制工艺过程卡或数控程序，按照设计文件的要求设计零件的装夹方式和夹具，在具有良好的服务意识前提下对车间的制造活动进行生产服务。
