职位描述/要求：
- University degree, bachelor, major in turbine, mechanical engineering and so on
- 5 years minimum experience in steam turbine and auxiliary system design, focus on blade design
- Experience with CAD tools (e.g. Catia, AutoCad)
- Be familiar with steam turbine design principles and materials, steam turbine blade design and manufacture,
- Be familiar with calculating the relative properties of stationary and rotating blade, such as strengthen, stress, vibration
- Good knowledge about English of advantage，Good computer skills
