职位描述/要求：
Purpose:
1.Representing the order on Company’s behalf toward the ALSTOM Internal Customers.
ALSTOM集团内部客户订单的公司代表。
2.Leading the order management activities within the Company’s organization fully.
在公司组织架构范围内全面负责订单的管理工作。
3.Reporting order status and forecasts to the Company’s and ALSTOM’s management.
向公司及阿尔斯通管理层汇报订单的状态及预测。
4.Strategic thinking. Profit oriented proceeding. Decision maker. Team Leader, strong ability in motivating and delegating. 具有战略性思维。以公司利润为核心。能够独立做决定。能领导一支团队，能够激励员工并充分进行授权
5.Resolving with the Internal Customer contractual issues. Requirement:
1.Engineering Degree. Min. 3 years experience in power plant related companies, 2 years experience in project
teams as e.g. technical leader, purchaser, project controller 工程专业，至少3 年电厂及相关工作经验，2 年项目管理经验，如：技术负责人、采购、项目控制2.Technical knowledge of the steam turbine set and generator. Basic knowledge and
experience with company organization procedures. Conceptual commercial/financial and legal know-how / understanding. Chinese mother language / English fluent in writing and speaking
