Responsibility:

· Electronic laboratory equipments installation & debugging & regular calibration.

· Set up electronic labs test procedure & equipments working instruction · Propose lab new equipments & competence strategy

· Keep electronic labs environment in safe and clean

· Design, test, and debug of new or modified hardware and associated prototypes to support Ford local engineering and Ford global product Research & development.

· Prototype & test vehicles diagnostic and electronics troubleshooting.

· Support D/R engineer to develop and execute tests, test processes, and test fixtures required for design verification & validation tests.

Requirements:

·BS or MS in EE, CS, Automation or a related major

·Familiarity/practical experience with standard lab equipment: DVM, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum/network analyzer & Logic analyzers

·Experience in electronic simulation or computer modeling

·Experience in PCB design and EDA, SI and PCB manufacturing technology

·Preferred Experience in CPLD/FPGA design and familiarity with VHDL or Verilog Experience in hardware development life cycle process & tools

·Understanding of and interest in networking infrastructure (CAN, LIN, MOST, SAE J1939 etc.)

·Preferred automotive body/chassis electronic knowledge

·RF knowledge is a plus

·Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
