职位描述/要求：
Responsibilities:
Implement tester capacity.
Support NPI from testing part.
Create most efficient DFPT process for production.
Raise testing investment plan for management review.
Test time and test plan implementation.
Testing process creation and improvement for factories.
Join in all builds and provide improvement comments to product design.
Testing equipments management.
Manufacturing support due to the requests from OLPM or factories.
Testing MFR improvement.
Requirements:
Engineering background for testing category.
Testing manufacturing process know-how and know-why.
3 years product testing experience.
Communication skills with R&D and production.
Capable to handle detail issues.
English skills, both oral and written.
Nokia DFPT process knowledge preferred 联系方式：
