1. 负责新疆地区电子天平业务的市场业务开发及管理；
2. 发展、管理区域内的经销商，帮助制定和完善管理制度，经销商销售人员业务技能的培训；

能力要求：
1. 本科及以上学历.

2. 二年以上工业产品销售经验，至少一年以上经销商管理经验，有仪器仪表行业工作经历者更佳.
3. 良好的客户沟通能力及团队合作精神，较好的亲和力以及较强的协调管理能力.
4.具有一定的英语读写能力，具有一定的计算机应用能力，能熟练使用Windows及Office办公软件.
6.适应经常出差.

 

Responsibilities

1)       Promote the electronic balance market in appointed region, organize and participate in various market activities;

2)       Responsible of Channel Management and direct sales in appointed region, provide technical support, solutions and service to customers;

3)       Responsible for regional goals and tasks according to company procedure,;

Qualifications

1)       Bachelor degree or above in science and engineering (Electrical and Mechanical, automated instruments, chemical are preferred)

2)       Familiar with instrumentation, more than three years relevant working experience (electronic scales and measurement are preferred), channel management and direct sales experience;

3)       Familiar with MS Office software;

4)       Good communication, negotiation, team work and analysis abilities; can work independent;

5)       Fluent English, CET-4 or above is a must;

6)       Can travel frequently.
