职位总体目标 Overall Objective of the Position:

• 深入理解并熟练掌握公司信贷政策和审批流程，对业务申请进行严格审查，把握关键风险点，防范金融欺诈，在控制风险的前提下达成公司利益最大化。
  Thoroughly understand and master the credit policies of the company and approval process, strictly examine and revise the business application, grasp the critical risk points, beware of the financial fraud, under the precondition of risk control to achieve the benefits maximization of the Company

工作职责 Duties:

• 核实并确认客户所提交资信文件的真伪；
  Check up and confirm the authenticity of the files and documents provided by customers
• 与客户进行电话沟通，了解客户工作生活状况、购车用途、还款来源等信息；
  Communicate with customers by phone, to realize customers' working and living situation, the purchasing purpose and pay-off sources.
• 根据客户授权进行征信查询；
  Carrying through credit inquiry with authorization of customers.
• 结合上述信息综合判断客户资信状况并向有权人提交审查意见；
  Taking above information into account to synthetically estimate the credit condition of customers and submit judgment suggestions to supervisor.
• 在客户需要进行实地访问的情况下，对信贷调查人员进行任务分配；
  Under the situation that customers need to be investigated by field, allocate the tasks to field investigators
• 加强与经销商销售人员的沟通，听取建议与意见，维护经销商关系；
  Enhance the communication with sales of dealers, take their suggestions and opinions into consideration, maintain and develop the relationship with them
• 维护与中行的业务往来，包括文件传递，数据录入等。
  Maintain the business relationship with BOC, including documents transferring, data recording etc.

素质要求 Requirements:

• 必要教育程度 Necessary Education: 本科或以上学历 Bachelor degree or above
• 专业要求 Major: 经济学、金融学相关专业 Economics or finance related major
• 必要工作经验 Necessary Experience: 从事商业银行零售业务工作或汽车金融零售业务1年以上
  Has at least one(1) year working experience with regarding to retail business in commercial bank or auto finance industry

知识/技能要求 Knowledge/Skills:

• 了解金融行业政策和法律法规；
  Being familiar with the policies and regulations of financial industry
• 较强的风险防范意识，具备信贷分析工作经验；
  Strong risk avoidance sense, has credit analyses related working experience
• 较强的逻辑分析和判断能力；
  Good ability in logical analyses and judgment
• 良好的英语说写能力。
  Good English communication skill both in speaking and writing
