职位总体目标 Overall Objective of the Position:

• 综合使用电话催收、实地催收、法律诉讼等手段，保全公司信贷资产，达成公司总体风险控制目标
  Interactively using telephone collection, field collection and lawsuit, to protect the credit capital of the Company, and eventually achieve the target of controlling overall risk of the Company

工作职责 Duties:

• 根据逾期贷款的严重程度制订相应的催收政策与流程；
  According to the importance level of overdue loan, make the corresponding collection policies and process
• 根据可能发生的突发逾期贷款制订应急预案；
  Based on the possible unexpected overdue loan, make emergent proposal
• 通过短信、电话方式督促轻微逾期客户及时还款；
  Supervise and urge those customers with light overdue situation to repay by sending message or by phone
• 通过实地催收行动了解逾期程度较严重客户目前情况，督促其及时还款，或进行诉前财产保全；
  For those customers with comparatively severe overdue situation, take the action of field collection to supervise and urge them to payoff timely, or use property attachment prior to lawsuit
• 与公司法律顾问、外部律师事务所、法院以及二手车中介等机构合作，对严重违约客户采取法律诉讼，车辆封存、拍卖等方式保全公司信贷资产；
  Cooperate with law consultant of the Company, external law agency, court and second-hand car agency, taking lawsuit, auto seal up for keeping, and auction etc. on those customers with absolutely severe overdue situation, to protect and save the credit capital of the Company.
• 定期报告催收进度，对逾期客户进行深入分析，指导审贷政策的调整工作。
  Regularly report collection progress, take thoroughly analyses on overdue customers, guide the adjustment of underwriting policies

素质要求 Requirements:

• 必要教育程度 Necessary Education: 本科或以上学历 Bachelor degree or above
  
• 专业要求 Major: 金融或法律相关专业 Finance or law related major
  
• 必要工作经验 Necessary Experience: 具备或商业银行、汽车金融公司信贷资产保全工作经验 Has credit capital secure working experience in commercial bank or AFC
  
• 知识/技能要求 Knowledge/Skills:
  • 熟悉金融行业相关政策和法律法规；
    Being familiar with corresponding policies and regulations within finance industry
    
  • 较强的风险防范意识；
    Good risk avoidance sense
    
  • 较强的逻辑分析和判断能力；
    Good ability in logical analyses and judgment
    
  • 较强的沟通协调和组织能力。
    Good communication, coordination and organizing skill
