Responsibilities:
1.Lead define and design analog IPs or analog blocks of mixed-signal IPs.
2.Participate in all aspects of the design –architectural development; transistor level design and circuit simulation; layout supervision for the analog subsections for your project; simulation of the IC from transistor level to systems level and lab validation.

Requirements:
1.Master/PhD Degree in Electronics Engineering
2.Minimum 8 years experience or above in related field
3.Minimum 3 years project management experience. Have good project management skills.
4.Hands-on solid experiences in analog block design, such as PLL, VCO, ADC and DAC circuit, high speed Transmitter and Receiver, I/O Pads and ESD, DC/DC Power Management, etc.
5.Familiar with the analog design flow, from the finalization of the block specifications and the design to the schematic capture, the layout, the test and evaluation of the prototype ICs.
6.Solid Knowledge of HSPICE, Spectre, and circuit, layout tools.
7.Strong ability of reading and writing technical English, good oral English.
8.SOC project experience is a plus.
