Critical Knowledge:
q Bachelor degree in Engineering, major in Mechanical, electromechanical or relative
q Knowledge of Chinese national and ministerial electromechanical industry related engineering compliance & regulations
q Familiarity with several of the techniques and tools of project execution/Project Process
q Familiarity with power plant related environment, and some expertise in an engineering area
