技术工程师（培训师/应用工程师） Technical Engineer（Trainer/Application Engineer）

职位描述/要求：
Location:Shanghai/Chongqing/Dongguan 工作地：上海、重庆、广东东莞各一名
Duties & responsibilities/岗位职责:
1.Training in customer site or in Trainings academy, for machine operation, NC programming, and maintenance.
在培训学院和客户处为客户进行各种类型机床的操作、编程、维护保养等培训工作。
2.Technical support for customers inquires in regard to machining problems, via telephone or on site support.
解决客户加工应用中遇到的各种疑难问题，通过电话或在客户现场进行技术支持。
3. Attend exhibitions, open house, seminars, to demonstrate different machine application
在展会，客户开放日，研讨会等活动中，操作演示各种机床加工应用
4.Pre sales technical support, including test cut, time study, turnkey project proposals.
售前技术支持，包括为客户提供试切、工艺方案分析、交钥匙项目方案等
5.After sales technical support, e.g. turnkey engineering, work piece cutting, FAP.
售后技术支持，例如执行交钥匙项目，零件切削，机床最终验收等
Qualification/资质要求:
1.Bachelor / College degree in Machinery or Mechanical
数控机床或机械制造相关专业大专以上学历
2.Minimum 3 years experience in CNC machinery or NC programming
3年以上编制加工程序及机床操作经验，相关行业工作经验者优先
3.Familiar with FANUC, Siemens or Heidenhain CNC control system
熟悉发那科、西门子、海德汉数控系统
4.DELCAM, HYPERMILL, TEBIS, AUTOCAD, UG, CAD/CAM system knowledge
熟悉DELCAM, HYPERMILL, TEBIS, AUTOCAD, UG, 等CAD/CAM软件
5.Knowledge of CNC machines, preferably Turning and Milling
精通数控机床（特别是车床及铣床）
6.Knowledge of tooling, cutters, and tool holder system
熟悉各类刀具，刀片，以及刀柄系统的基本知识
7.Knowledge of the Parts Manufacturing process or Die & Mold process
具备零件加工工艺或模具加工工艺知识
8.Good problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills
具有问题处理能力和良好的沟通技巧
