The responsibilities of the System RF Test Designer are to priming and leading in the Lifecycle development and design of OEM RF conditioning products for cost reduction and product improvement.

The above activities include:

 Develop and manage the configuration portfolio for the CDMA product line including:
 Overlays
 Frequency re-banding
 Customer upgrades
 Prime and oversee the lifecycle RF link budget and power management algorithms and compliance to the IS (Industry Standard) requirements.
 Work and interact with other organizations and customers including NPI Design, PLM, TAS, Vendors, and Customer Account Primes.
 Support and resolution of customer and product issues.
 Ability to develop, understand and validate design documentation
 Adherence to project plans and schedules
 Developing test plan
 Integrating and commissioning systems (BTS’s)
 Executing test cases
 Reporting test status
 Maintaining design information and quality records

Other responsibilities include:

 Ability to work effectively in a team-work environment
 Ability to quickly identify technical issues whether in design, implementation, suppliers processes and work with an extended team to resolve them
 Ability to effectively interact with all levels of customer contacts during all phases of the project
 Ability to recognize and develop effective solutions which will facilitate the project to continually progress
 Ability to work cohesively and cooperatively as a member of a team, under tightly defined schedules.

Job Qualification Details:

 Bachelor Degree in E.E. preferred.
 Demonstrates strong team skills to create effective partnerships with internal customers and supply partners.
 Demonstrates a drive for results and a sense of urgency approach to the work environment. A “does what it takes” mindset with a positive attitude. Flexibility to function in an environment of multiple and changing priorities.

 Knowledge in Specifications of:IS97, IS95, IS864
