职位描述/要求:

Responsibilities:

·         IT Helpdesk first line call and case handling

·         Perform basic problem troubleshooting

Requirements:

Minimum 1 yeas of experience in Customer support or call center operation in IT area
Good telephony, communication skills, active listening and customer oriented mindset
Good writing/reporting and notes recording skill
Basic working level technical skill on computer and networking
Bachelor degree majored in Computer Science or relatives
Fluent in oral and written English
