职位描述/要求：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for accurate ANA consolidation and timely submission;
2. Be responsible for performance variance analysis between budget, actual and forecast;
3. Assist Finance Manager for driving common accounting/finance practice and effective business process;
4. Assist Finance Manager for business plan preparation and coordination;
5. Assist Finance Manager for establishing and well maintaining financial database in the region
6. Co-ordinate with Global AP head quarter for ad hoc requirements, and accounting policies and make sure the policy implemented in the plant are fully compliant.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above with major in accounting or finance, Public practice experience and C.P.A. designation preferred;
2. At least 4 years relevant Finance analysis or cost accounting experience preferably within a multinational manufacturing company;
3. Familiar with China and foreign accounting rules & regulations;
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
5. Knowledge of database and accounting computer application systems to supply the most accurate financial information;
6. Proficient in English, excellent Excel skill, ERP knowledge highly preferable.
Act as professional advisor to venture/office financial analyst in the financial data analysis, extracts and defines relevant information; interprets data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project a financial probability. 联系方式：
