 Responsibilities:
--Identify and qualify highly competitive suppliers of plate fabrication
--Audit suppliers’ manufacturing processes to ensure product quality meeting customers’ 

  satisfaction
--Work out quotations for plate fabrication based on detailed cost analysis, supplier quality

  and capability
--Develop & update supplier database
--Develop & update workflow, process, SOP & work menu
--Set up measures to monitor response time, competitive pricing, quality and OTD
 
 
Working Relationship
--Internal contact : Supplier development team & International account team
--External contact : Suppliers, international accounts and outside service providers

 

 

Daily(monthly) duties Elaboration :
--Daily communication meetings to update project progress
--Monthly meeting to review project update and plan of actions

 

 

Requirements :
--Degree in Engineering, preferably mechanical engineering
--Mechanical Engineer or Machine building qualification preferred
--3-5 in plate fabrication or machine building
--have Sourcing, Factory Audit, Supplier Development and project management skills
