项目数据架构工程师Project Data Architect ( 呼叫中心)

  

Responsibilities:

--主管企业数据模型和数据结构，为商业分析师，应用开发团队，和最终用户数据并提供技术领导become authority on enterprise data model and data architecture and provide technical leadership in these areas to business analysts, application development teams, and end users of data

--负责确保项目小组采取并遵循标准的数据结构--Responsible for ensuring that project teams adopt and follow data architecture standards and practices

--定义企业数据架构的要求，原则，模式，路线图--Define enterprise data architecture requirements, principles, models, and roadmaps

--为各种数据结构的交付设定方向和审核，包括数据模型， SQL脚本，数据持续性的策略等--Set direction for and approve various data architecture deliverables including data models, SQL scripts, data persistence strategies, etc

--维护企业数据架构（元数据）--Maintain enterprise data architecture artifacts (metadata)

--对数据质量问题，进行确定，调查，并解决--Identify, investigate, and implement solutions for data quality issues

--为如数据库调试、数据库安全等操作提供支持--Support operational activities such as database tuning and database security

--为物理数据结构的开发和实现提供支持----Support development and implementation of physical data architectures

--和供应方、GM IS&S 技术小组紧密合作解决技术问题和风险--Working closely with supplier and GM IS&S technical teams to resolve technical issues & risks.

--为数据架构及标准体系撰写文档并提供指导--Document and provide guidance on architecture and standards

--为项目评估和规划提供支持--Support project estimation and planning

--为产品和供应商招标提供支持--Support product and supplier selection activities (RFP)

--为产品、技术和方案提供必要的详细技术支持--Provide detailed technical analyses on products, technologies and methods as needed

 

Requirements :

--信息系统、计算机或相关专业本科或以上学历 bachelor or above degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field

--5年以上数据管理技术经验：经营分析--minimum 5 years experience with the following data management techniques: business analysis

--5年以上在Oracle环境下开发数据库经验，包括：SQL和PL/SQL，SQL调试，Oracle utilities，熟悉Oracle10g平台--5 years experience performing database development in an Oracle environment including: SQL and PL/SQL, SQL tuning, Oracle utilities, and a comprehensive knowledge of Oracle features through 10g

--2年以上商业分析经验，包括：业务数据存储（ODS）的资料和数据仓库的数据建模--2+ years experience with Business Intelligence environments including: data modeling for Operational Data Stores (ODS) and Data Warehouses,

--流利的中英文听说读写能力--fluent in writing & speaking of both English and Chinese Mandarin

--对提取变换加载（ETL）架构和技术（最好是datastage）有经验，有分析报表制经验（最好是Cognos ）--experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) architecture and technology (preferably Datastage), and experience with analytic reporting systems (preferably Cognos)

--有IT外包开发模式经验--experience with IT outsourcing development mode

--有面向对象的分析与设计经验，会使用UML工具--object-oriented analysis and design experience using UML tools

--要求有使用需求管理工具开发经验，如CaliberRM, DOORS--requirements development experience using Requirement Management tools such as CaliberRM, DOORS

--对IT外包开发模式有经验 --experience with IT outsourcing development mode

 

有下列技能的优先考虑:

--懂得近实时的时间复制和整合体系结构技术--Understanding of near real-time replication and integration architectures and technology

--有使用J2EE，基于组件和面向服务架构的经验--Experience with component-based, service-oriented architectures using J2EE technology

--对企业应用集成（EAI）架构和技术有经验，最好是会使用SeeBeyond--Experience with Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) architectures and technology, preferably using SeeBeyond

--对如XPath和XQuery等企业信息集成（EII）和分布式查询体系结构和技术有经验--Experience with Enterprise Information Integration (EII) and distributed query architecture and technology such as XPATH and XQUERY

--有Web内容管理架构和标准经验--Experience with Web Content Management architecture and standards

--有多级目录经验，例如，轻权目录访问协议（LDAP）和活动目录（AD）--Experience with hierarchical directories such as Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) and Active Directory (AD)

--有XML架构和XML数据库经验--Experience with XML schemas and XML databases

--有对象关系数据库的映射和持久性框架经验，如甲骨文公司的TopLink和Apache Hibernate Experience with Object-Relational database mapping and persistence frameworks such as Oracle TopLink and Apache Hibernate

--掌握远程服务器应用知识，如基于定位的服务，客户关系管理，结算及供应 --Knowledge of telematics server application such as Location based services, CRM, Billing, & Provisioning.

--有在项目中使用过GM系统交付程序（SDP）的经验--Experience in projects using the GM System Delivery Process (i.e. SDP) framework
