Job Duties

Reporting to Finance Director in China, the candidate is required to fulfill the following duties :
- Ensure the accuracy and timely filing of all the Group's monthly, quarterly and annual reports and commentaries, as well as preparing periodic reports to senior management.
- Implement a new integrated system to enhance operational efficiency in job tracking, time utilization and profitability analysis.
- Responsible for annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasts.
- Work closely with various division heads on reports when required.
- Liaise and cooperate with external auditors, attorneys and consultants in all accounting matters pertaining to the Group.
- Other ad-hoc projects as instructed by senior management.

Job Requirement

- University degree with a recognized accounting qualification, preferably ACCA / HKICPA/ AICPA.
- A minimum of 6 years related work experience in a multinational corporation with at least one year in a similar position.
- Independent, detail oriented and a decision maker.
- Knowledge of PRC accounting and reporting standards is an advantage.
- Strong business sense, proven leadership skills, and demonstrated ability to effectively manage staff.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a can-do attitude.
- Proven interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with all departments within an organization.
- Very hands on and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, and Putonghua a prerequisite.
