职位描述/要求：
We are looking for a talent for the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) of our Beijing office to build with us the organisation and to make it a success.
The COO is responsible for:
· Reporting to the Board of Directors
· Continuous development of the strategic plan directed at short term immediate success in Beijing and middle term expansion all over China. Development plans are always developed in close cooperation with the Board of Directors and senior management.
· The continuous improvement on the following areas:
o Open certified courses (B2C)
o Organisation development programs (B2B) and in company certified courses
o Development of other ideas
· Rolling out the marketing plans through sales programs and has heavy input on the creation and development of these programs.
· Building and developing an efficient organisation.
· Effective and pleasant cooperation with the Board of Directors and other team members in the mother organisation.
· The direct sales and marketing of the organisation development programs (B2B) and in company certified courses him/herself
· Accepting and reaching the results as stated in the existing business plan and ongoing sales plans.
Essential skills and experience are demanded for:
· Proven track records in management and education;
· Managerial competence, with the skills in defining corporate strategy, operations management and creative thinking;
· Good in communication, negotiation and leadership;
· Team building;
· Proven commercial competence, rich marketing sense, no job hopper; long term commitment
· Experience with challenges and practice in HRM field and education as described above;
· English and Chinese writing and speaking.
