职位描述/要求:
We are seeking talented candidates for one of our clients, a well-known Fortune 500 company.
Position Specifications
Functional title  -      C & B Manager
Location             -      Shanghai
Reports to      -  
 
Main Objectives and Tasks
-          Provide Regional Comp & Benefit support for Strategic Business Groups
-          Understand business operating model and its implications/requirements on HR policies/programs
-          Devise mechanism through innovative compensation programs to create greater employee engagement and support business growth for specific markets or functions
-          Ensure alignment of global compensation processes/policies and its implementation in the region
-          Foster a pay for performance culture
-          Promote consistent and equitable use of compensation and benefit programs
-          Network both internally / externally to understand market trend
-          Communicate and educate leaders / employees regarding the employer’s compensation & benefit programs
-          Administer annual compensation programs including merit, MIP, stock option planning
-          Assess and review sales / variable compensation programs annually
-          Liaison with DHR, Site HR Leaders, Regional Corporate Comp & Ben
-          Manage SBG retention program
-          Be the focal point for all related projects like Benefits Harmonization etc.
-          Support Regional / cross businesses projects e.g. start-ups, M&A
-          Evaluate and analyze market data
 

Candidate Specifications

Language / Ethnicity
-          Local Chinese
-          Native Mandarin
-          Fluent written and spoken English
Personality attributes and experience
-          8 – 10  years experience in Compensation
-          Experience of working in corporation as well as consulting firm is a plus
-          Experience of handling C&B strategies for multi-location company
-          Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and/or frequently deal with difficult issues related to people or situations
-          The ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels
-          Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
-          Analytical ability
-          Finance and commercial knowledge
