职位描述/要求：
Responsibilities：
1、To facilitate and implement Group Finance policy in Fujian area.
2、To assist Group on management decisions by providing financial and accounting advice; To assist Group on making strategic plan, setting up systematic and practical financial accounting and monitoring system, equipped with effective internal control.
3、To handle cost calculation of all necessary investments and funds for all businesses in Fujian area.
4、To maintain the relationships between all business units in Fujian area with banks, business administration department, tax department and other related government institutions.
5、To coordinate and handle all tax-related businesses in Fujian area.
6、To clarify the duties, responsibilities and scopes of finance manager in each business unit; To conduct, supervise and carry out the performance appraisal for all on-site finance managers.
7、To manage the finance operations for all businesses in Fujian area.
Qualification and Requirements：
1、Bachelor degree with major in Finance related areas (master degree preferable); CPA, ACCA or other equivalent qualifications is a must.
2、More than 10 years working experience in MNC, listed company or joint-venture in the manufacturing industry with at least 3 years management experience in a senior position.
3、Familiar with finance & accounting rules and regulations as well as internal audit policies & procedures of finance and treasury
4、Possess strong finance management competence and has good relationships with treasury and tax departments of government, and related financial institutions
5、Familiar with related financial rules and regulations and be capable of operating Finance software.
6、Possess initiative, adaptability and strong communication skills.
7、Familiar with ERP system (SAP preferable), PC and Microsoft Office.
8、Excellent English skills, including listening ,speaking, reading and writing. 联系方式：
