职位描述/要求：
SUMMARY: Oversee the financial accounting, treasury management for all XXXX Technologies entities globally. Co-ordinate North American tax management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Define and document standard accounting policies for XXXX Technologies and ensure they are properly communicated and applied throughout XX.
· Define and document internal control procedures and ensure they are properly communicated and applied throughout XX.
· Working with the Finance Managers in each entity co-ordinate the preparation of XXXX Group PLC statutory returns for the year end. Work with the VP Financial Planning and Reporting to reconcile to the management returns.
· At year end, co-ordinate liaison with external auditors for the whole of XX, communicating material issues and proposed solutions within XX and XXXX Group.
· Working with XXXX Group’s Financial Controller, ensure XXXX Group banking and treasury management policies are properly applied throughout XXXX Technologies.
· Working with the XXXX Group Financial Controller and XXXX Group tax advisors, complete the tax accounting for XXXX America and co-ordinate the management of all tax related issues for North American entities.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Candidate must be a self-directed team player and have a high level of motivation.
· Excellent financial accounting skills.
· Excellent treasury management skills
· Good understanding of US tax accounting and regulations.
· Excellent analytical, planning and organization skills.
· Excellent communication, people oriented personality.
· Capable of working within an unstructured environment with an ability to prioritize issues with minimum resources.
· Consistently meet or exceed commitments with the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
· Fluent oral and written English is a MUST.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, CAP certificate preferred.
· Minimum 10 years experience in finance /accounting management position in multinational company, with a significant period dealing with treasury and tax management for multiple entities.
