Purpose of Role

To provide strongly  accurate & timely financial /analytical information that complies with the requirement of company business, accounting standards  to enable effective decision making .

 

Report line

- Independantly doing management accounting Job / Report direct line to Korea Finance Manager / Report doted line to Operating Director of TJHTEC plant.

 

Qualification / Experience Required

At least 10 years in accounting field of a foreign invested company with accounting related diploma.

Good accepting  Korea Company Cuture / USA Company Culture.

Experienced in Manufacture Company.

 

Key Accountabilities

§          Responsible for leading Cost Savings in Plant

§          Responsible for budgeting / planning / monthly forecasting of Molding/ Presssing /Plating Business./ Capital investmet

§          Responsible for Setting-Up Standard Costing Concept in plant products.

§          Responsible for analyzing Variance ( Vs. Standar/ Vs. Budget/ Vs.Forecast) and performance review.

§          Responsible for qualitative and quantitative staffing of the accounting department

§          Ensure consistently high standards of staff performance, good results and continuous improvement through effective communication and team work

§          Ensure accurate, complete and up-to-date financial accounting records are maintained and to ensure both internal and external financial reports including statutory accounts, returns and statements are based on those records

§          Maintain effective cash management

§          Ensure Group-wide or Region-wide accounting projects are successfully launched locally

§          Ensure irregular reports requested by HDQ are provided on a timely basis

§          Responsible for Transfer Price Issue / Aanalyziing new business model

§          Thorough knowledge of  China GAAP, US GAAP and integrated financial systems

§          Thorough knowledge of China tax and regulations

§          Good understanding of internal controls

§          Knowledge relevant to financial management and budgeting

§          Good experience in  ERP system ( TJHTEC system – MFG-PRO)

§          Fluent English (written and spoken)
