As the Financial Controller of a commercial real estate company, the candidate will perform functions in financial and investment analysis, planning, corporate financing, budget control, and general financial reporting in compliance with PRC GAAP and IFRS.

The Controller will also be responsible for:

 

  accurately collect, analyze, and interpret current financial and operational data and present the financials in compliance with PRC GAAP and IFRS

  Oversee the preparation of the financial reports and management accounts by project companies, as well as formulate and roll out the regulatory compliance related policies and guidelines in real estate sector to all project companies

  Review and streamline the daily accounting system and working procedures, and implement  corresponding improvements

  Ensure timely preparation of all financial and analytical information, credit control, taxation and budgeting processes

  Perform short-term and long-term financial planning and capital budgeting

  Prepare annual budget, monthly forecasts and financial analysis for each existing and new project

  Perform cash flow and capital management and improve internal control and system

 

Who we are looking for

 

  Have working experience in real estate (preferably in retail property development and management) business in China

  Minimum 5 years experience in management accounting and financial reporting

  Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting

  Proficient in business English

  Be capable of working independently

  Self-starter, result-oriented, and a good problem solver

  CPA preferred
