职位描述/要求:

Mechanics Sourcing Manager --全球500强通讯设备制造商 (Beijing)

General Purpose:

l         Plans and manages all material related activities in one large or several R&D projects with high complexity or across different technology areas.

Main Responsibility Area:

l         Applies proven experience in project management to successfully execute all material related activities within larger/several R&D projects (with high complexity) as part of the product programs, provides leadership for product development teams.

l         Working to reach pre-defined milestones and program metrics.

l         Defining project level metrics.

Key Tasks:

l         Responsible for capacity creation and capacity maintenance for defined mechanics commodities.

l         Ensures that tooling plans are created by the suppliers and manages the plans globally with all suppliers.

l         Participates in technology selection / verification in co-operation with all stakeholders.

l         Participates in supplier selection in accordance with SLM and product program.

l         Ensures early supplier involvement.

l         Manages supplier processes optimization to improve supplier performance.

l         Drives mechanics cost management & reporting and mechanics components cost optimization by creating component level target costs.

l         Manages mechanics components related risks.

l         Responsible for negotiating with the suppliers to ensure availability with minimum liability for Nokia.

l         Contributes to component quality plan implementation by suppliers.

Qualifications:

l         Bachelor degree above; Above 6 years relevant experience.

l         Uses non standard approaches to resolving issues.

l         Suggests improvements and seeks opportunities for innovation.
