主要工作职责：

• 与奔驰海外部共同负责总装工艺方案制定和实施
  Setup and implementation of Assembly shop process together with the overseas department of MCG.
  
• 与生产部协调完成总装工艺文件的编制
  Drafting of the process sheets for Assembly shop together with the production.
  
• 与生产部协调共同完成总装工装设计任务书的编制
  Drafting of the documents of design work for equipments and tools used in assembly shop process with the production.
  
• 编制工艺路线
  Drafting of the process schematic sheet
  
• 与质量部协调有关总装检测事宜
  Coordination with quality department for assembly inspection
  
• 完成对生产部蓝领职工技术培训
  Making technical training to the blue collar workers working in production.
  

任职条件：

• 本人具有5年以上总装工程制造生产经验
  Over 5 years of experiences in assembly shop production engineering
  
• 本人具有一定的汽车工程管理方面的综合知识和成功案例
  Comprehensive knowledge in automobile engineering and management with successful cases and achievements.
  
• 英语水平在4级以上并能用英语进行工作交流
  With level 4 in English and also communication in English
  
• 熟练掌握计算机应用技术
  Be familiar with the application of computer sciences
  
• 具有较好的语言表达能力、文字能力和工作协调能力
  Be capable in expression, wording and work coordination
