Summarization of Job responsibility and Objective:
Support dealers in all After sales related issues. Provide best After Sales support to the Dealers especially directly after the opening of dealership. Provide assistance to dealers in business development, financial and organizational issues, Technical clarification, Customer handling, Parts Logistics, Warranty processing, After-Sales Marketing, Workshop operations, Staff development, etc., etc. Provide dealers opportunities to improve their operations.
Responsibility Description
1. Assist Management of dealer in handling of all managerial/ organizational issues, staff selection and development, financial aspects and business development and all other After-Sales related operational aspects.
2. Workout a detailed action plan with the dealers management about the main functions/tasks and support which needs to
3. Analyze the workshop performance of dealers via workshop analysis, provide support towards management to develop countermeasures if required.
4. Assist and train dealers for development of proper warranty handling and processing
5. Inform and assist dealers in handling of Product Liability cases
6. Assist dealers in handling Customer Complaints
7. Ensure the availability of correct, complete and required Workshop Equipment, Systems, Standard tools, Special tools, Information and Training Materials
8. Provide Technical Product Support, Analysis Assistance. Teach and inform technical staff about reporting procedures and -lines for Technical Enquires
9. Ensure effective and efficient Spare Parts Logistics, Warehouse Management, Initial Stock, Parts planning and ordering
10. Support to develop relevant After-Sales Marketing activities according to requirements
11. Provide organizational support, inform about contact partners, suppliers, best practice, information channels, etc.

Job Qualification:
1. Education: bachelor degree and above
2. Major: Major in marketing, auto technique, business management preferred
3. Experience: 3 years or above experience in Mercedes-Benz Retail Operations, management experience on middle position
4. Know how: Major knowledge of marketing, customer behavior, master knowledge of After Sales operational process, understanding of auto industry developing trend, understanding of fundamental finance and HR
5. Skill and technical title: Good computer skill and familiar with Microsoft office and MB After-Sales Systems, fluent in English, strong marketing development abilities, judging skills, independent execution ability and expressing skills
6. Training: Have professional training experience in sales, marketing, also in finance and HR
7. Competence: leadership, strategy, planning, communication and organizing ability
