Responsibility:

1. Operative Planning Plan and release integrated operative planning for BBDC. Coordinate submission to fulfill the requirements of the Management Board and Headquarters. Forecast of net income statement (3 years plan).
2. Evaluation of Price Positioning Evaluation of Price Positioning and option packages for all models
3. S&M Controlling Analysis and Control of MCG, CG, SUV incentive and margin structure. Build up of Warranty Cost Planning and Control, regular follow up on claims vs. reimbursement. Calculation of spare parts and cost analysis.
4. Expected Actuals Gross and net revenue calculation and plan vs. actual tracking. Consolidate forecasted expected actuals for the ongoing year for BBDC. Report monthly expected actuals versus budget (per year). Anticipate critical target deviations.
5. Process Development and Changes Help in improving existing procedures and processes to have a more transparent planning and analyzing processes. Reduce reaction time increase action time.

Job Qualification:

1. Education Bachelor's or Master's Degree
2. Major International Finance or Business Administration
3. Experience at lease 2 years experience in Cost Accounting and/or Controlling
4. Work background in relevant departments would be beneficial.
5. Skill and technical title MS Office, Kufri, Impact, SAP；Fluent in English
