职位描述/要求:

Responsibility Description:

1. Managing the Team Regional After Sales”, department’s decision making, arrange and participate in Regional Conferences and activities on behalf of Central After-Sales dept., key coordination with relevant department and other entities.

Guide and support subordinates to fulfill the following duties:

          Product technique

          Warranty

          Parts-technique and information

          Market support

          Quality reporting

          Customer complaint management

          Field service support

管理区域售后服务团队。进行部门决策,代表中心售后服务部参加区域会议和活动,与相关部门和团体进行紧密合作。

指导和帮助下属完成下列职责:

Ø         产品技术

Ø         索赔处理

Ø         备件技术和信息

Ø         市场支持

Ø         质量报告

Ø         客户投诉管理

Ø         现场维修支持

Ø         工厂售后服务

 

2 In charge of Regional After Sales team expense management负责区域售后服务部门的费用管理

 

3Define and agree with each dealer within the region qualitative and quantitative After Sales targets in order to improve the business operations of the dealership.与各个经销商就区域售后服务目标的内容和数量进行协商和确定,以提高经销商的业务操作水平

 

4Visit dealers regularly to discuss and check the performance, dealer standards, achievement of targets, etc 经常拜访经销商去检查经销商表现,经销商标准的执行情况,经销商协议的执行情况

 

5Analyze the workshop performance of dealers via workshop analysis, provide countermeasures if required通过车间分析检查经销商的表现,在需要时给以解决方案

 

6 Conduct warranty audits at dealership (warranty processing only)在经销商处协助进行索赔处理

 

7 Assist dealers in handling Product Liability cases. 协助经销商进行产品责任的问题

 

8 Assist dealers in handling Customer Complaints where necessary.在需要时,协助经销商进行客户投诉处理

 

9 Support dealers in managerial issues, workshop organization, staff development, training, workshop equipment, IT Systems, After sales Marketing Technical issues and parts related issues

就管理问题,车间组织,人员发展,培训,车间工具,IT系统,售后市场,技术及备件相关问题

 

10 Making regular report to the Senior Manager and complete the work accordingly 对高级经理进行报告,并完成相应的工作

 

11 Corporation in BBDC internal projects on After sales related issues in order to establish appropriate processes between BBDC and market.就售后相关事宜在BBDC内部进行协调沟通,以建立起BBDC与市场之间的合理流程

Job qualification

1 bachelor degree and above

 

2 Major in marketing, auto technique, business management preferred

 

3 5 years or above experience in international auto enterprise group, management experience on middle  position

 

4 Master knowledge of marketing, customer behavior, master knowledge of After Sales operational process, understanding of auto industry developing trend, understanding of fundamental finance and HR

 

5 Good computer skill and familiar with office software, fluent in English, strong marketing development abilities, judging skills, independent execution ability and expressing skills

 

6 Have professional training experience in sales, marketing, also in finance and HR

 

7 Strong leadership, strategy, planning, communication and organizing ability
