主要工作职责/Main Responsibility:
1. 分析、监控、报告在中国市场上的有关汽车底盘系统方面的产品性能、产品责任及产品可靠性、适应性、持久性问题/ Evaluate, monitor and report product reliability, liability, durability and suitability of automotive chassis system for the PR China market.
2. 保证BBDC与DCAG(服务技术部门)不同部门之间,及与批发/零售层面的技术沟通顺畅及时/Ensure smooth and timely technical communications between respective departments of BBDC and DCAG (Service Engineering Depts.) and wholesale/retail level.
3. 与生产、质量、MCG/Q及GSP/TPx共同及时解决有关汽车底盘方面的产品技术问题/Pursue timely resolution of technical product automotive chassis issues with Production-, R&D-, Quality depts, and GSP/TPx.
4. 为批发/零售层面提供有关汽车底盘的产品技术支持/Provide technical product support about automotive chassis system towards the wholesale/retail level.
任职条件/Requirement:
1. 教育水平/Education:大学本科以上学历/Engineering Diploma/Certificate
2. 专业/Major:机械制造、汽车工程、工程技术或相关专业/ Mechanism, automotive engineering, engineering technic or relevant majors
3. 经验/Experience:技术服务主管/工程师/助理工程师经验3-5年Technical Service Executive/Engineer/Engineering Assistant-between 3 to 5 years experience.
4. 知识/Know how:
5. 服务工程师方面:机械、电气、动力总成、发动机管理、汽车工程、液压及气体力学, / Service Engineering knowledge of: mechanism,electric, powertrain, engine management system, Automotive Engineering, Hydraulics and Pneumatics.
6. 熟悉车间管理及车间建设/ Familiarity with Workshop Service Management and Workshop Setups.
7. 深入了解奔驰工程技术/In-depth familiarity with Mercedes-Benz Engineering Technology.
8. 具有较强的实际动手能力/The ability of practical hand-on operation.
9. 英文的书面及口头沟通能力/Communication skills in English writing and speaking.
10. 懂德语具有优势/Knowledge of German language advantageous.
11. 具有应用Microsoft Office 软件的基本知识/ The ability of using Microsoft Office software
