1. Recommendation on Management system
• Proposes and orientates advanced, efficient management system (model) within BBDC.
2. Planning of IMS
   • Identifies new requirements and drafts documentation structure and rules of integrated management system (IMS) regarding ISO/TS16949, MPS, ISO14001, ISO18000 and China Compulsory Certification (CCC).
   • Plans and manages IMS project (schedule, activities etc.)
3. Documentation
• Implements, develops and maintains Document management Systems (DMS), e.g. establish, review and distribution of new and revised BBDC policies, objectives, processes and WI etc, coordinates all activities related to DMS, and administrates ARIS& BIC publish software.
4. Internal audit
   • Plans and Conducts internal audits of IMS including necessary follow-up activities.
5. Training
• Provides awareness training and orientation of IMS at different levels of BBDC (incl. new hires) and all necessary training to IMS coordinators and DMS users.
6. Report
   • Reports on result of external and internal audits and any important issues
7. Third-party certification or evaluation
• Coordinates third-party certification or evaluation of management system (e.g. IMS)
8. Continuous Improvement of IMS
   • Improves and optimizes of IMS (incl. planning and support continuous improvements of production or work processes regarding quality, efficiency, and waste reduction etc.)

任职条件:

1. Education: University Degree in engineering and/or management
2. Major: Quality management/Project management/ Industry Engineering
3. Experience: At least 3 years experience of QMS and lean production in joint-venture company
4. Know how: Good Knowledge in ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001:2000, lean production /MPS ,CCC, ISO14001, ISO18000, and basic QM method
5. Skill and technical title: Excellent command of English (spoken and written) and basic German. Good computer skills in MS excel, MS power point, MS word etc. Good at writing and communication. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a willingness to work in a team environment.
6. Training: Training of national registered QMS auditor, national registered quality engineering, internal ISO/TS16949, ISO14000 and ISO18000 internal auditors , Lean production, SPC, 6 σ , 5S etc.
7. Competence: Able to work independently, Willingness / flexibility for extended working time
