• 制定扭矩控制计划和文件； to establish the torque control plan and documents
• 扭矩控制文件的定期更新； update the torque control documents
• 制定扭矩的 SPC 图，每天对扭矩检查记录进行录入以及分析； to establish the SPC chart, input the daily check records and make analysis;
• 配合车间解决生产线上出现的扭矩问题； to cooperate with the assembly shop to solve the torque problems of the line;
• 每天考核结果的录入； To input the audit results into audit office
• 完成质量改进工作； to complete the improvement of the quality
• 完成 PA 工段长交给的其他工作； to complete the other tasks that PA group leader assign

任职条件：

• 大学本科或以上毕业，汽车制造或机械工程专业； Bachelor Degree in automotive manufacturing or mechanical engineering areas;
• 有汽车行业一年以上工作经验，熟悉汽车生产流程； At least one year in automotive industry work experience; Be familiar with automotive process;
• 具有质量意识，熟悉汽车质量体系，最好有扭矩工作经验； Quality conscious; be familiar with TS 16949; Torque experience preferred;
• 英语熟练（ CET4 以上），能用英语进行沟通和写作； Proficiency in written and spoken English (Cet-4 or above);
• 具有良好的学习能力，能独立接受培训； Learning ability, can receive training independently;
• 计算机应用熟练（ MS Office ）； Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office)
• 性格外向，沟通技巧良好； extravert, good communication skills;
• 有团队精神 , ； Team spirit.
