职位描述/要求：
主要工作职责：
- Inspection document and training inspector
- Create and update the inspection documents, definition of the inspection intervals and inspection contents depending on major faults in the production and QM Audit (measurement audit, APA, BPA-RB). training inspector.
- Feedback,Track main defect, and check results
- Feedback and Track main defect's to relative departments, do stat. analysis, and check the improvement results.
- Instructions
- Creation of the necessary job and process instructions.
- Examination of Production
- Introduction and realization of standardized examination of production steps in the body shop for welding points, splicing, surface quality in the body shop, bolt, gap, transition, body shop ED Coating. Conducting of US examinations inline, regular balance with QM Audit. Controlling of the functionality of the inspection of the production steps.
- Coordinate in line issue
- coordination in line issue with group leaders
- Reporting and other temporary work
- Reporting to the supervisor, QM production team leader, and manager.
任职条件 :
- Education: Bachelor or above
- Major: Weld / paint or automobile
- Experience: min 5 year professional experience in weld and paint technical/ process inspection/ QM of automobile
- Know how: Good English (spoken and written), German preferable
- Skill and technical title: Good knowledge with MS Office (excel, ppt, word), experience with special audit It- systems
- Training: Lean production/ TS 16949/ ISO 9000 / control plan
- Competence: Coordination
