- 参与建立成本分析模型，构建BBDC成本分析系统, 标准/ 发展规范, 设立不同职能的标准，建立知识管理/参考
Participating in the establishing of cost analysis model and cost analysis system of BBDC Standards / develop guidelines ,identify standards in different functional areas, build up knowledge management / terms of refence
- 收集各成本构成要素的行业、不同类企业的信息，提供欧美相关信息，建立数据库
进行复杂计算（针对新产品概念、各种零件的新技术与物料信息）
Collect information of industries of all cost factors and different kinds of enterprises; provide relevant information from Europe and America; Set up database.
make complex calculations (for new production concepts, new technologies and materials of different parts of the car)
- 掌握成本分析的基本方法; 统计可选货源（针对物料、生产、物流和索赔），为决策委员会提供建议
basic methods of cost analysis; calculate of sourcing alternatives (for material, production, logistics and warranty). Prepare recommendation for dession committees
- 设定合理的本地化零件成本目标，并协助采购团队达到此目标; 从最初概念阶段起提供对新发展的咨询，并在发展同时做出评估；通过此工作，并在参数信息的帮助下完成产品设计；遵从公司目标（如采购模式、减少变量、模型战略），为决定成本设置前提；对直接车型（内、外饰）做详细评估，并在需要时提出改进方案
Set up rational cost target of local parts, and support purchasing group to achieve this target. the new development consultation from the early conception stages onwards, carrying out evaluation parallel to development. In doing so, completing product designs with the help of specification documents. Setting premises for cost determination while taking corporate objectives (mode of procurement, reduction of variants, modular strategy) into account. 1 教育水平Education
大学本科以上学历 (应为国内211院校或同类标准的海外院校,优先考虑出国留学生
Undergraduate higher education, from 211-Engineering Universities of China or similar standards institutions overseas,Students studied abroad is preferred
2专业Major
汽车（动力总成）、机械制造相关专业
Motor Vehicles (powertrain), machinery manufacturing-related professionals
3经验Experience
跨国企业或大型企业集团3年以上工作经验，丰富的成本分析专业经验，熟悉MCG的成本分析工作流程，技术要求和质量要求。
Multinational corporations or large enterprise groups more than three years of work experience Abundant and professional experience in the field of cost analysis; be familiar with MCG working process and technical and quality requirements of cost analysis
4知识Know-how
熟悉汽车制造、采购流程，掌握物流管理、商务谈判、采购技术等知识，了解汽车行业发展趋势
Familiar with the vehicle manufacturers, the procurement process, master of logistics management, business negotiation, procurement technical knowledge and the development trend of the auto industry
5技能职称Skill and technical title
熟练使用计算机与常用办公软件，英语熟练，工程师或经济师
Proficiency in the use of computer and office software used, English proficiency, engineer or economist
6培训经历Training
具有采购、商务谈判、经济法、产品知识、商业道德方面的专业培训经历，接受过相关专业培训。
With procurement, business negotiations, economic, product knowledge, business ethics of professional training experience， have had relevant professional training
7能力素质Competence
具有较强的领导、管理、判断、沟通、协调能力，能与MCG相关职能部门进行有效沟通，收集相关资料。善于与海外企业进行跨文化沟通，能理解并尊重不同文化。
