Job Description:

The logistic/purchasing manager will be responsible for all logistic, purchasing activities within the global operations from raw material supply to deliverying the finished products to the market. The mission of this role is to secure the supply chain reliablity and continuosly improve the supply chain efficiency.

• Optimization of purchasing/Logistic process
• Drive the Sales and Operations Planning process
• Price notiations for purchasing goods or service.
• Follow up and develop suppliers
• Import and export.
• Domestic transportation.
• Packaging material localization
• Complimentary products sourcing in low cost regions
• Liaison with SMT purchasing organization
• Look after SMT Purchasing database- QD
• Organize professional trainings to the purchasing/logistic staff
• Warehousing
• People development for the cross-funcional team
• Establish and implement project to improve logistic/purchasing reliability and cost effitiency..

Job Requirements:

• Bachlor or Master Degree in a technical， engineering or international trading field 、
• At least 5 years experience of working in purchasing/Logitstic in an organisation working according to Lean principles
• Experience in managing people
• Familiar with international trading principles.
• Good English skill both in written and oral
• Project Management skills is preferred
• Excellent organizational and negotiating skills
• Travelling and cross-cultural experience
• Good communication skills
• Strong convincing and influencing skills
• Excellent analytic abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Open minded in a teamwork enviroment
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated, Fair play
