Primary purpose of this position is to plan and manage the delivery of business system solutions and associated technical support services in support of business objectives and ongoing operations. This includes system and project planning, estimating, execution, implementation and ongoing support. Individual will work closely with the functional business units to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of system solutions deployed in support of business goals and objectives. Responsibilities: Responsible for planning and directing the day-to-day activities of a project Work closely with business stakeholders to help define product strategy that meets our business needs while satisfying quality, cost and time Set appropriate project schedule and manage ongoing changes Effectively manage trade-offs between cost/schedule versus customer benefit Gather detailed functional requirements and document them in a functional specification. 职位要求: Interviewing skill, to talk with individuals and groups about their needs and ask the right questions to surface essential requirement information Listening skill, to understand what people say and to detect what they might be hesitant to say Analytical skill, to correctly evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements Facilitation skill, to lead requirements elicitation workshop Observational skill, to validate data obtained via other techniques and expose new areas for elicitation Writing skill, to communicate information effectively to business users, project stakeholders, and technical staff Organizational skill, to work with the vast array of information gathered during elicitation and analysis and to cope with rapidly changing information Interpersonal skill, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders (such as business users, product management, and engineering) Modeling skill, to represent requirement information in graphical forms that supplement textual representations in natural language, including using modeling languages already established in the organization 其它要求: High degree of competency with project management Strong understanding of entire project process, RUP preferred Ability to deliver the functional requirements of an entire application system Ability to facilitate user requirement meetings and provide consultation on solutions and project issues Knowledge in software development and testing methodology At least 3 years of project management experience, including at least two successful large scale projects PMP preferred Ability to creatively solve challenging business/technology problems Ability to work cross team and cross functionally to drive the implementation of new features as well as resolve operational issues 联系方式:
