Position Summary A campaign planning & project management role on CRM team , with primary focus on customer acquisition & conversion.
Job Description
• Understand customer & their needs, campaign channel & offer effectiveness based on analytical results provided by other team member
• Develop direct marketing strategy & plan with focus on new customer acquisition & conversion
• Identify target prospects/customers, design offer & communication strategy (incl. channel, frequency and follow-up) and measure campaign performance
• Coordinate campaign preparation and execution, incl. working with CRM telemarketing team & eDM/SMS team, organizing training for customer care agents, managing offer redemption process, etc.
• Work with 3 rd party agency on campaign planning and creative
• Work with 3 rd party list vendor on list sourcing
• Identify and escalate customer experiences issue
• Initiate and manage projects to improve customer experiences
Your Requirements
• 3 + years in a CRM, branding or other marketing role
• Good understanding of marketing & customer
• Basic understanding of CRM
• Time management and prioritisation skills
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Good attention to detail
• Can work under pressure & multi-task
• Can-do attitude
• Fluent English
