任职要求：

1. 重点大学建筑学专业毕业，本科及以上学历；
2. 较强的方案构思及表现能力，熟练掌握电脑绘图软件或有较强的手绘能力，能独立完成方案；
3. 八年以上建筑设计经验，能独立承担项目,在酒店、写字楼、大型商业中心等公用建筑项目中具有丰富经验；
4. 有境外学习、工作，或外资工作背景者优先考虑。

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in the relevant discipline;
2. Minimum of 8 years relevant experience,full experience in porjects like hotel, office building,sizable commercial centre,ect. Preferably having overseas or sizable international design firm experience;
3. Ability to lead the project team to achieve the expected project quality;
4. Familiar with national design code and standard;
5. Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
6. Well-versed in Auto CAD applications
