3、 领导大型项目从设计到施工的全过程，有中国项目经验者优先。                                        
4、 具有国际认可的标志性代表作,在本设计领域享有较高权威。                                           
5、 个性成熟,具有杰出的领导才能

主要职责：

1、负责带领中国的设计团队完成设计任务，保证设计质量,建立阿特金斯的设计品牌；
2、协助事业部经理的经营管理及业务拓展工作；
3、与其它事业领导合作，并共同参与本事业部的高层决策

Requirements:

1. Expatriate with at least 15 years design experience in relevant fields;
2. Having international professional registration and qualifications
3. Expert in leading large scale projects, preferably having China project experience;
4. Proven landmark project design record;                                                               
5. Mature Pesonality with outstanding leadership skills;

Responsibilities                                                                                   

1. Be responsible to lead the design team to enhance the "Design Excellence " through qualified project delivery;
2. Support the Business Unit P/L holder to conduct the business development
3. Cooperate with other business leaders and undertake Business Unit level decision-making
