任职要求：

1、 具有15年以上相关专业设计经验,有国际性设计公司工作经验者优先;
2、 具有相关专业注册资格;
3、 担任过大型公建项目的项目经理,设计经验包括购物中心,医院,学校, 火车站方面的优先。

主要职责：

1、负责带领设计团队完成设计任务，保证设计质量和项目成本达到客户要求；
2、负责项目汇报，参与客户管理；
3、协助部门领导进行业务拓展及员工管理;

Requirements:

1. Having at least 15 years design experience in relevant fields, mutinational design firm working experience is prefered;
2. Having professional registration and qualifications;
3. Expert in leading large scale projects, design experince in such projects as public building, shopping mall,education or shool, railway station will be prefered;                                  
4. Mature Personailty with people management skills and team work spirit.

Responsibilities：

1. Be responsible for leading the project team and making project delivery to meet the client requirement in terms of project quality and cost.
2. Be responsible for project presentation and client management
3. Support Department Manager with the business developement and staff management
