Responsibilities:

1. 负责带领项目团队完成设计任务，保证设计质量，建立阿特金斯的设计品牌

2. 协助部门经理的日常运营管理及业务拓展工作

3. 参与建筑事业部的管理决策

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in the relevant discipline

2. Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, full experience in projects like hotel, office building, sizable commercial centre, etc. Preferably having overseas or sizable international design firm experience

3. Ability to lead the project team to achieve the expected project quality

4. Hong Kong resident or acquaintance with Hong Kong’s culture

5. Good communication, skilled to deal with complicated communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

6.Mature Personality with outstanding leadership skills

7. Well-versed in Auto CAD applications

8. Adaptability to Chinese culture
