职位描述/要求:
Assigned to a field construction organization in a supervisory or managerial position. Responsible for the organization and direction of construction and related activities within assigned area of responsibility, which may be a single area, multi-area or a multi- discipline construction project. May be the primary client contact for all jobsite activities, or may coordinate with client’s resident representatives on jobsite activities within assigned area of operations. Responsibilities are to ensure assigned jobsite operations are in compliance with design/specifications, completion on schedule, within budget and to quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, or Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management, or Project Management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years project, construction or engineering management experience.
- Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills (Chinese and English), as extensive interface with the Faithful+Gould Project Team, Client and designers, suppliers, and contractors is involved.
- The successful candidate will have a professional attitude and a strong commercial awareness, able to deal directly and communicate effectively with clients and other Faithful+Gould staff both verbally and in writing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the construction work through gerneral contractors and/or subcontractors
- Daily supervision of the work.
- Help ensure sufficient supply of labour and material
- Planning and monitoring Progress
- Subcontract management
- Possess strong leadership qualitites
