Requirements:

1. Degree or equivalent in relevant subject.

2. Member of relevant professional institution.

3. Chartered or satisfying academic requirements for Corporate Membership of a professional institution leading to Chartered status or CMC.

4. Seven years relevant experience preferably with some time in consultancy.

5. Client-orientated team player able to communicate and present well.

6. Knowledgeable in own discipline.

7. Can take departmental-level initiative.

8. Well-organised with the ability to deliver value-added outputs to the team and to the client.

9.  Can identify opportunities for adding further value to the client relationship.

10.  Ability to gain client confidence.

11.  Maintain flexible attitude to working in a multi-discipline environment and have the potential to develop.

Responsibilities:

1. Take responsibility for medium-sized projects, including those of other WSA Units.

2. Complete tasks delegated to him / her.

3. Contribute to business development as directed.

4. Drive personal development plan.

5. Take responsibility for delivering project outcomes to client direct.

6. Responsible for efficient planning and utilisation of own time

7. Give advice on technical matters to junior members of staff and control their work as required.

8. Responsible for completing his own work within time and cost budgets.
