Investment and FX Business Management & Support

• Lead and drive sales performance of frontline sales to achieve overall sales targets assigned for investment and FX products.
  
• Develop sales strategies and business plans for cluster sub-branches/outlets with Sub-branch Managers and Sales & Service
• Managers to optimize sales capacity and effectiveness.
  
• Conduct regular coaching, training, and market/product briefing to sales staff to enhance their functional competencies & professionalism in the course of interacting with customers.
  
• Develop investment and FX research and sales materials / scripts for sales staff to ensure a consistency in the information flow and enhance their sales efficiency.
  
• Provide professional support and advice to both sales staff and customers through joint sales calls and regular portfolio review for customers with sales staff.
  
• Perform regulated sales activities, to comply with Chinese governmental regulations.

Customer Experience Management & Product/Process Enhancement

• Support sub-branches/outlets to provide superior service to investment customers in accordance with the Bank's required service standards.
  
• Resolve complex enquiries and complaints.
  
• Provide regular and timely feedback to relevant parties on customer acceptability on investment and FX, services and sales issues.
  
• Participate in product development and process improvement projects & activities as assigned.
  
  

Audit and Compliance Control

• Assist BMs, Sales & Service Managers and frontline sales staff to ensure full compliance with both external regulatory codes/ordinance & internal compliance policies, standards, guidelines & procedures related to the course of investment selling, i.e. sales staff's licensing and fitness & properness, KYC, IPQ, unsolicited call, anti-money laundering & documentation completeness in a/c opening & in each deal.
  
• Improve control and compliance quality on investment and FX selling and operation through leadership, education, on-going monitoring & effective remedial actions.
  
• Assist sub-branches/outlets to investigate and handle investment and FX complaints according to the regulatory requirements and the Bank's complaint handling & escalation procedures in a timely manner.
  
• Assist complaint officer on providing expertise input to sales staff on handing investment and FX related complaints.
  Comply with registered capacity as well as any conditions imposed by Chinese regulators.

Requirements

• University graduate, Business / Marketing.
  
• Must hold professional qualifications / diplomas; CFP and CFA designation would be an advantage.
  
• Similar worldwide recognised financial services qualification.
  
• Minimum 5 years' working experience with financial institutions.
  
• Preferably with fund houses or previous capacity working as FPM.
  
• Possess sales management and coaching skills to achieve team performance.
  
• Relevant experience in training and development of sales people.
  
• Relevant Experience at local Chinese banks is a plus.
