职位描述/要求:
Department : Human Resources, China
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and review training needs for different BU/SU, and design & implement training plan.
- Work closely with the Training head to design training curriculums for the key job roles and provide support to deliver the training courses.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training courses and recommend corrective actions (if any).
- Keep training records and prepare statistics reports periodically.
- Establish rapport with line managers and provide solutions on training issues.
Requirements
- University graduate in education or related majors, master degree preferred.
- 7-8 years' relevant working experience, at least 5 years as training manager in MNC.
- Good written and oral skills (proficiency in both English and Chinese), analytical and solution-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Banking experience would be a plus.
- Experience of being a teacher/trainer would be an advantage.
- Good planning, organizing and coordination skills.
- Hard working and focused on "deliverables".
