职位描述/要求:
Department : Human Resources, China

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and review training needs for different BU/SU, and design & implement training plan.
  • Work closely with the Training head to design training curriculums for the key job roles and provide support to deliver the training courses.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the training courses and recommend corrective actions (if any).
  • Keep training records and prepare statistics reports periodically.
  • Establish rapport with line managers and provide solutions on training issues.

Requirements

  • University graduate in education or related majors, master degree preferred.
  • 7-8 years' relevant working experience, at least 5 years as training manager in MNC.
  • Good written and oral skills (proficiency in both English and Chinese), analytical and solution-oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Banking experience would be a plus.
  • Experience of being a teacher/trainer would be an advantage.
  • Good planning, organizing and coordination skills.
  • Hard working and focused on "deliverables".
