Job Responsibility and Deliverables:

·         Grow and mentor the test team, both on onshore and offshore

·         Provide leadership in key testing technologies, including automation, code coverage, security, performance

·         Drive success of testing team on completing quality deliverables on-time and within budget

·         Define and execute test best practice and processes, such as quality dashboard to report risks and tracking quality metrics

·         Ensure testing team provides insightful feedback on project SDLC deliverables

Detailed Qualification:

·         B.A. / B.S. in technical degree - information systems, software engineering, computer science, or related field

·         2+ years of hands on data analysis/testing/debugging experience and involvement in preferably two full commercial product release cycle with strong understanding of testing methodologies and testing tools

·         Have a technical background and be able to work in either C# or C++ and have a solid understanding of web (IIS, ASPX, VBScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and related .NET) technologies

·         Experience with software engineering processes, testing methodologies, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

·         Ability to plan, schedule, solve roadblocks, anticipate issues.

·         Teaming skills: Collaborative leadership; excellent problem solving; Sound conflict resolution skills.

·         Technical skills: Write complex SQL queries; identify errors in SQL code; analyze code changes to drive out bugs; install multi-tier software systems and troubleshoot issues; SQL

·         Administration / C# / XML / test automation;

·         Security knowledge of SQL injection and cross-site scripting.
