Job Scope:

To supervise and direct the activities of manufacturing personnel in a production environment
Ensure & improve the high quality of products and value analysis/value engineering
To be responsible for the day to day assembly activities
To work closely with the manager and assist & support the manager
Plan and execute production activities/resource to meet the production requirement
Ensure that product schedules delivery commitments and cost are consistently met per operation requirements
Maintain production area organized and clean
Promote employee participate and development

Requirements:

College or Bachelor degree in engineering (mechanical)
4+ manufacturing experience, including 1 year supervisor position
Good knowledge of PC and ERP
Good command of English, both spoken and written
Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
