Job Scope:

Cooperate with sourcing to secure product/process quality, technical and business requirements
Assess potential supplier (Gap analysis, pre-auditing) in cross-functional team
Define potential supplier profile
Report results of the suppliers’ audits
Identify needs of corrective actions’ plans, start and follow up identified ones at suppliers’ sites
Operate at suppliers’ sites to fulfill company requirements and improve performance

Requirement:

University degree in Mechanical Engineering
At least 5 years working experience in mechanical engineering area, and 2 years above in supplier quality control
Experience in a final inspection area is preferred
Understand ISO, QS and TS16949 is necessary and 6sigma is a plus
Good command of spoken and written English is a must
Rich experience in machining area, and know-how about tooling, molding, processing, programming is a plus
