Job Scope:

Schedule of jobs for factory workers and managing people effectively
Implement assembly and testing production schedule to assure delivery on time
Ensure and improve the high quality of products
Continuous methods developments
Problems shooting and fixing during assembly
Maintain the workshop facility and ensure the workshop is well organized

Requirement:

University degree in electrical engineering
5 years work experience, including 3 years supervisor experience in assembly plant
Good at personnel management
Able to work under pressure
Good Command of spoken and written English is a must
Wide experience in ERP / Production Control Systems
