General Summary:
The candidate will get instructions from and reports to Operation manager and is responsible for testing material sourcing, purchasing, and related import and transportation process.
Essential Job Functions:
-To source for direct lab testing materials: such as animal, fish, bird, earthworm, chemical, ect 
-Negotiate price/lead time/payment term with supplier
-To drive for cost down activities.
-Maintain price and supplier information in ERP system
-Monthly supplier performance review include OTD/quality/price/service
-To propose for alternate sources for direct / indirect materials
-Purchaing order releasing, following, closing.
-Mateiral shortage reviewing and expediting
-Mateiral transportation arrangement and monitoring.
-GLP/ISO Related functions.
-Any other additional related functional responsibilities.
Education:
Required: BS/BA, or equivalent, in biological sciences, chemistry, or physics
Experience/Requirement:
-Must have 3years experience of biology, biochemistry, chemistry, physics, microbiology and/or genetics purchasing.
-Familar with the Lab testing required material market.
-Familar with the import and transportation process, especial for the as animal, fish, bird, earthworm, chemical, ect 
-Good command of spoken & written English.
-Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
-Strong communication skills
-ERP experience is a plus.
