Your Responsibilities:

Carry out all MCO development activities in the field of digital front-end on own initiative

Create specifications for internal and external customers

Generate RTL coding in Verilog and VHDL according specification and DFT requirement

Write synthesis scripts and perform the logic synthesis and timing analysis

Write test patterns and perform simulation and regression, and write block descriptions and verification and validation reports

Communicate within a design team and within the whole development organization

Guarantee the technical deliverables of his jobs in terms of quality and performance

To develop his/her leadership on his/her domain of skills and actions

Your Profile:

Qualification:MSEE or BSEE, English understanding / speaking/writing

Working Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years experience for digital design

Expertise / Skills
a)Digital IC design full design flow (front-end, synthesis, verification, back-end)
b)Familiar with 80C51 microcontrollers programming and application
c)Specific knowledge of the relevant technical areas
d)Able to establish good relationships with a multi-disciplinary development team, international customers and subcontractors
e)Creative thinker with helicopter view, capable of finding an appropriate solution to complex problems
f)Affinity for project management
g)Integration and verification of complex IP's like DSP, ARM
